About the Role
Synergie is looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainer cum Mobilizer to implement its Road Safety Program across major transport hubs. The selected candidate will be responsible for mobilizing commercial drivers, conducting engaging road safety training sessions, coordinating Health Camps with transport authorities, and ensuring successful implementation of the project.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the training and development sector, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating awareness through interactive learning.
Key Responsibilities
Mobilize commercial drivers for Road Safety awareness sessions.
Conduct interactive training programs at transport hubs.
Deliver sessions on traffic rules, defensive driving, fatigue management, and accident prevention.
Coordinate with transport hub authorities and other stakeholders for smooth implementation.
Conduct Health Camps.
Maintain attendance records, training reports, photographs, and documentation.
Achieve daily training and mobilization targets.
Travel across assigned project locations as required.
Eligibility
Graduate/Postgraduate in Public Health, Social Work, Education, or any relevant discipline.
2-5 years of experience in training, facilitation, or community mobilization.
Experience in Road Safety, Public Health, CSR, or community-based projects will be preferred.
Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Willingness to travel extensively.

Team Management
